This man is 29.

Isn't he so handsome?

This picture is from our recent family photo shoot. We try to do one every 18 months. This time was quite an adventure with an unruly 2-year-old. (Oh yeah, did you know? Smush is 2 now! I need to blog about that ...) Bubby was very cooperative, though.

But, I digress. Dilly-Pie's birthday is today and we have had a wonderful time so far! Breakfast at Joe's Farm Grill (free on your birthday!) and an early showing of The Hunger Games. I know, I'm so late. It was amazing. More on that later. Huge thanks to Grammy for watching the little kids so we big kids could celebrate!

Oh yeah ... THANK YOU for making my SITS Day absolutely perfect! So many great new friends. It's wonderful to have you. Please, stick around!

I have so much to say these days but no time to do it. At times like these, it's imperative I make a list.

Blog To-Do List:

-Smush's Birthday/Dill's Birthday
- Feelings on VBAC two years later
-Hunger Games Review/Thoughts

Stay tuned!

And again ... happiest birthday to my man! Next year, we can put "old" in front of man. Just kidding. Thirty is still so young.

  1. He's looking at sidebar you. Or vice versa. ... Or both. Very cute no matter which way.

  2. Yay for him! I'll be 29 in August! Did he graduate 2001? We might know some of the same people. I didn't realize we were the same age.

  3. Happy Birthday to Dillon! I think the best birthday gift for him is this beautiful family he has ;)

  4. Free food on your birthday is the BEST! Hope he enjoyed his day. :) I have a friend that would be interested hearing your thoughts on vbac. When you post it I'll send her the link!

  5. Glad you had a lovely SITSday.
You have a handsome man, indeed.

    And young, too!

    Oh, so young.

  6. A day late a dollar short--that's me :) But I just wanted to stop in and wish you a happy belated SITS day... I hope it was magical and you enjoyed your day in the spotlight! And also happy birthday to your hubby!!!

  7. Happy Birthday to your husband. I love when people in my family have birthdays because I get to celebrate too!
Looking forward to your Hunger Games post!

  8. Hope his day was super great! My boo is so freaked out about getting older but I'm a silver fox lover like you so I'm all for it!

  9. Awwh happy birthday to your Dilly. I just came back with my hubby from watching The Hunger Games. I loved it. Hubby didn't really dig it. LOL. Aren't we lucky to still have Grammies around to babysit? LOL. TTYL.

  10. Happy birthday to your man!! :):)

I like feedback almost as much as I like food.
